Ceiling Water Damage After a Hurricane
A Stained Ceiling Is a Roof Problem
Brown rings, sagging drywall and dripping light fixtures after a hurricane mean water is sitting on top of the ceiling, usually in wet attic insulation. A saturated ceiling can come down without warning. Keep people out from under it.
We tarp the roof, open the ceiling, remove wet insulation and drywall, dry the joists and decking, then rebuild — and fix the roof that leaked.
