Are your inspections free?
Yes. Storm damage inspections, including drone imagery, are free. Florida law prohibits offering anything of value in exchange for an inspection, and we don't.
Do you file insurance claims?
No. We are a licensed contractor, not a public adjuster. We document damage and perform repairs; your insurance company or a licensed public adjuster handles the claim.
Can you pay or waive my deductible?
No. Paying or waiving a deductible is insurance fraud under Florida law. The property owner is responsible for any deductible.
Do you handle mold?
We perform water damage mitigation, tear-out, drying and rebuild. If visible mold over 10 square feet is present, Florida requires a licensed mold assessor and remediator; we'll tell you if your project needs one.
What roof warranty do you offer?
As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor we can offer a 25-year labor warranty on qualifying Owens Corning roof systems, in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty.
